Please click on "Download Filezilla Client", then install the program into your PC. After the installation is complete, you can use the program easily. The most important information you need to connect to the FTP server are:
Server Host: "The IP Address of the FTP server"
Server Port: "The default value is 21"
FTP Username: "Your website username"
FTP Password: "Your website password"
